Scribe is an AI-powered email design and generation tool that allows users to create marketing emails through natural language prompts. The Service includes features for brand management, version control, and email export.

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Scribe Content: The Service, including its software, design, logos, and AI models, is owned by Scribe and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Open Source: Scribe is open source under the MIT License. You may view and contribute to the source code on GitHub.

6. AI-Generated Content

Emails generated by our AI are provided "as is." While we strive for quality and accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI output
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content
• AI may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate content

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including OpenAI, Resend, and analytics providers. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violations of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment (if applicable in the future)
• Extended periods of inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through the application.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Scribe operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
